How to use the Aromatherapy Roll Ons
Essential oil roll-ons are an incredibly easy product to use. The metal roller that I use in my products adds a soft touch compared to rough plastic balls found in some EO roll-ons. The essential oils and carrier oils in the roll ons are organic with the exception of a few oils such as Jasmine found in a blend called Shuteye, which aids in deep awesome sleep.
Chakra points are a great place to start with most of these oils. Chakra points can be thought of as wheels of energy points found on your body. There are 7 main points from the head to the bottom of the torso. It is very important to keep these points open and energy moving. Because of the flow of energy, using the roll-ons on chakra points can be very beneficial. My favorite Chakra point for applying these oils is on the upper chest. It may seem the scent of the oils wears off after a while when in fact your sense of smell only puts them on the back burner so to speak. Have you ever noticed that bad smells stick around longer? Maybe its to warn you away from them! Regardless, you can reapply the oils often but the point is just because you cannot smell them as well as when you first put them on doesn't mean that the scent is not present any longer.
Without getting too technical, the molecules of EO's are so small they can travel through the skin. The most direct route for EO's to get into our bodies is by smelling them, here they go directly into our brain through the limbic system. Diffusing and a direct steam are two more ways and the third is by applying it to the skin. Here they can help calm us, enervate us, ground us, etc.
The roll-ons can also be applied to the temples, wrists & behind the ears, at the nape of the neck and massaged in. One more very direct route I indulge in is to apply the oils on one hand/wrist area, rub both hands together, cup hands over my nose and breathe in deeply 3-4 times, if you love good scents this is a great way to go.

CalmaCalma: temples, nape of neck, wrists, roll onto hands, cup hands over nose and breathe in 3-4 times.
Achy Breaky Head: Temples, nape of neck, roll onto hands, cup hands over nose and breathe in 3-4 times.
Terra Firma: Temples, nape of neck, roll onto hands, cup hands over nose and breathe in 3-4 times.
Get Up & Go: temples, nape of neck, wrists, roll onto hands, cup hands over nose and breathe in 3-4 times.
Hocus Focus: temples, nape of neck, wrists, roll onto hands, cup hands over nose and breathe in 3-4 times.
Immuni-T: on neck near lymph nodes.
Articulus and Thy Vexed Muscle: roll on directly to achy muscle or joint and massage in.
