A Starter Guide to Simple Herbs

For the past few years, I have been exploring more herbs and figuring out ways I can add them to my diet. I've explored herbs such as Nettle to treat allergies, painful muscles and joints, eczema, arthritis, gout, and anemia, and Ashwagandha for improved blood sugar, inflammation, mood, memory, stress, and anxiety, as well as a boost in muscle strength and fertility to Chage and Reishi mushrooms which help stimulate your body's white blood cells and support a strong immune system.
